· Sound source position detection as tool for robotic shared attention
Design and realization of a hardware/software system able to identify the position of a sound source using 2 or 4 microphones. The system will be part of the FACE shared attention project. The aim of this project is to control a robotic head in order to keep the robot attention on the speaker. The project is based on the use of a microphones array connected to a USB sound card. The signal analysis software will be implemented in Matlab or Labview.
