Title

Microsoft releases more software on SourceForge

Body

Microsoft released the second software on SourcForge under CPL lincese (http://www-124.ibm.com/developerworks/oss/CPLv1.0.htm). The published library is called WTL and it is a framework for building quick windowed applications in C++. The library is based on ATL.

If Microsoft starts to really contribute to Open Source software will developers change their minds about the company? I'm not so sure...
Anyhow this isn't the only sourcecode released by MS: SSCLI (aka Rotor, http://msdn.microsoft.com/net/sscli) is a huge release with a significant portion of commercial .NET CLR source code (with exception of JIT and GC that have been replaced); Windows CE Platform Builder (only for building emulators) with the source code of Windows CE (http://msdn.microsoft.com/embedded/downloads/ce.net/default.aspx).
